My secret wish

So today as I was thumbing through my high school year book, I decided on a secret wish. In my current state of sophisticated, glamorous maturity (yeah, right) I wish I could go back to my freshmen self and teach that raggamuffin girl how to fix her dang hair and makeup. I would post a picture for you so you could agree with me about my secret wish being a good one, but it's simply too shameful.
Any one out there want to confess to a secret wish of their own?

First, I don't have to go back very far to be way embarrassed about past hair styles. I hope I don't travel those roads ever again.

Second, I am sooooooo jealous of all the fun you guys have. I know ...we are suppose to be jealous, but you know what I mean. I can't wait until we can start playing again. Life has been too stressful lately...hopefully we will be playing again soon!

Glad you guys always get to have fun...despite having to live with these fuddy duddies here in Texas. I know you must be more than ready to move to your new home!

We miss you!

Oh I have the same exact wish. What was I thinking? How did I not realize how crappy I looked. Oh well, hopefully I won't be looking back in 10 years and wondering the same thing about right now.

Oh I'm sure that we were all pretty "raggamuffin" freshmen back at good ol' Union High.

Funny story, my wife Tracie was looking through her college roommate Mattie's blog and noticed a link to someone from Neola, UT. Small world I guess. It's good to see that you are doing well Lacey.

Hey, why are you talking trash about my high school friends? (that being YOU) Only problem you had in high school was backing into random peoples cars cuz you couldnt see over all the heads! ;)

Talk about weird coincidences in life, you never know where it will take you.

hey don't be so hard on yourself. we were in band. what else could be done? we had no other choice but to be... homely. i remember distinctly a picture of me taken that freshman year -- i think it was for student of the month -- ha- more like dork of the month. anyway, i was wearing a red, plaid shirt, long sleeved. i don't want to tell you what else because the buck stops there. plaid. like i lived on a farm. ugh.
