There are so many things that have happened that I never could have prepared for. For example, how far unmentioned things can fly and how much wall coverage they get when you're changing a diaper. Also, it's a completely new concept that not everyone loves to eat as much as me. The first few days getting Riley to eat were a real struggle. He lost almost a pound, and that was pretty dang scary. After a few really stressful days, he's starting to take after his mom and wants to eat every few hours. I think the non-eating phase is all in the past now!

The 0 to 3 month clothes that we bought for Riley looked really small until we put them on him. Nothing fits him yet, but he'll grow all too fast.

Aren't they so teeny? But at the same time, so big for having been inside you! I think we'll get a couple of preemie outfits for the next baby for that first little while. Hey, did you know you don't have to use Hello to post pictures now? There's a button when you're creating a post. It's pretty cool because you can do like a million pictures at once. Anyway, post as many pictures as you can and want to so we can keep seeing cute little Riley!
Glad to hear that our little fellow is eating like his mother. I knew he would in time. He just wanted to sleep like his father at first!!! Watch out for that one.
I too think Riley is "so Cool" kind of like his mom and dad!!
We love you guys and are so excited for our next visit even if it isn't till December. Be sure and get us some dates so I can start shopping for the best value. We would love to have you as long as you would like, but if time is an issue, hopefully a little before Christmas and then a little after and a little....... :)
Keep posting those pictures. I love coming home from work and seeing my family...wherever they might be.
